Mental Health in Academia

During our lab meeting today one of our graduate students, Isabelle Hinch, presented a great seminar about Mental Health in Academia.

Academic life, for both faculty and students, has always been stressful, but the pandemic has made it worse. In her presentation, Isabelle share resources that can help to deal with the insecurities and stress in a University community.
